When was the Last Time you Drafted?

As a pump operator working in a community that has a municipal water supply, rarely do I think about "drafting". We have a coastal waterway but no ramp to get close to the waters edge. More than likely if a municipal water supply is disrupted I would expect to see tanker's and portable water tank's. It is a good time to think about "DRAFTING"?
